Students’ affairs care about fulfilling all the students’ needs and enhancing their lives at the university.
Students’ Affairs job:
- Receiving newcomers, transferred and affiliated students files
- To follow up implementing rules and regulations of accepting students, education and exams.
- To study and finish all faculty’s requirements and follow up transferring.
- To check students’ results and present them to faculty’s custodian
- To participate in preparation of plans and required programs for study and exams affairs.
- To do list of newcomers.
- To host newcomers
- To revise results after being published
- To extract seats numbers
- To extracts students’ IDs
- To follow up exams and monitors distribution.
- To diverse newcomers
- To prepare committee of students affairs monthly.
